Our work

Four wings. One mission.

Each program area will share the Foundation’s standards and whole-person approach while being shaped around the realities of the people it is designed to serve.

01Service Members, Veterans & Their Families

Warrior Wings

Distinct resilience education, wellness resources, and practical support for those who serve—and for the families who serve alongside them.

  • Service-member and veteran track: active-duty, National Guard, Reserve, veteran, and retired service members
  • Family track: spouses, partners, children, parents, caregivers, and extended family systems
  • Training developed separately for each audience and its distinct experiences
  • Resources designed to complement—not duplicate—existing military and veteran services

Primary focus: Helping both service members and veterans, while expanding support for the family members whose needs are too often overlooked.

02First Responders & Families

Guardian Wings

Support that recognizes both the person serving and the people living alongside the demands of that service.

  • First responders across disciplines
  • Spouses, partners, children, and loved ones
  • Education around stress, connection, and resilience
  • Family-centered community support

  • Teachers, administrators, and school staff
  • Students’ families and school communities

Shared areas of impact

What all four wings are built to advance

Education & Training

Accessible learning that increases awareness, practical skills, and confidence.

Prevention & Resilience

Support designed to strengthen people before chronic stress or difficult circumstances become overwhelming.

Whole-Person Wellness

Initiatives that recognize emotional, physical, relational, and community well-being as connected.

Community Partnerships

Collaboration with schools, healthcare organizations, agencies, businesses, and community leaders.

Practical Resources

Tools and opportunities that help individuals and families navigate stress and move forward with greater strength.

Connection

Spaces and experiences that reduce isolation and help people remember they do not have to do everything alone.

Program development

Thoughtful growth beats rushing out something half-baked.

Programs will be developed with board oversight, community input, responsible partnerships, and clear boundaries around what the Foundation does and does not provide.

Important scope

The Foundation does not currently provide counseling, diagnosis, treatment, case management, or other licensed professional services. Any future service partnership will require separate board approval and appropriate legal, licensing, privacy, clinical-governance, and insurance review.

Know an organization or community that should be part of this?

We are interested in partnerships that turn shared concern into practical support.
